REGISTRATION METHODS (Online Registration Deadline: 18:00, 4 December)
- All delegates are encouraged to register on-line & pay by credit card, instant confirmation will be sent to paid registrants.
- Delegate can also print out the registration form and fax/email to the conference secretariat
- For group registration, please download group registration form and fax/email to the conference secretariat.
Remarks: Online registration will be closed at 18:00, 4 December. Registration beyond this date can only be made at our onsite registration counter starting at 16:00, 5 December.

Remark:
Participants can settle the registration fee by Renminbi, and the official receipt will be issued by Swire Travel Ltd Hong Kong office or Beijing office. If official receipt is required to be issued by the Beijing office, a 5.75% of total registration fee will be charged for taxation.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Early Bird discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discount.
- For early bird registrations – please settle all payments on or before 11 November 2012 or the reserved seats will be released
- For registrations on or after 8 November 2012 – please settle all payments within 5 working days after the submission of the registration form or the reserved seats will be released.
- In the event of cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat your registered name and email in writing. There will be a 50% administration fee of your difference or total amount of transaction. Refunds will be made only after BODW 2012. No refund will be honored for cancellation requests received after 14 November 2012.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice.
- Information provided on the registration form will be used only for the purposes of processing the registration and communicating with the participant on matters relating to the conference and/or related event and such usage will conform to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
